Corey Enman - Certified Master Trainer, TRX Suspension System Certified Instructor, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist
The founder and CEO of Fitamorphosis, Corey Enman, was born and raised in New Hampshire. Corey has been involved in fitness and athletics his entire life. In high school he lettered in six different sports, was city champion in wrestling, was a two time All-State football player at two different positions, and went on to a successful college football career where he won three different championships, including an undefeated season and was an All-Conference wide receiver.
While growing up he also competed in many different road races, including over 30 different 5K, 10k or 5 mile
races. After college he continued to compete. He has competed in marathons and most recently has taken on Triathlons. In only his second triathlon he came in 8th place in his
age group and 33rd overall out of over 1300 competitors. Corey still plays football competitively today and also coaches youth football in Burbank.
Corey's passion for sports and coaching motivated him to get into personal training. Since he began training in 2004, Corey has helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals through
positive encouragement, accountability, hard work, discipline, focus and patience.

As the step father of two young boys, his new passion has become coaching and training young athletes. He is committed to the development of young athletes and stresses the importance of physical preparation and training correctly. Through proper instruction and guidance, young athletes will have the tools to make them better athletes no matter what sport they choose to play.

Jhad K. Jones- Instructor, Assistant Track & Field/Football Coach, North Hollywood High School
Jhad was born in Belize City, Belize, and raised in Los Angeles, California. Jhad started playing organized sports in the Fourth Grade where he was an All-Star baseball player at Reseda Park as a center fielder, catcher and shortstop for the three years he played.
Jhad attended Birmingham High School in Lake Balboa where he excelled in both football and track & field. Jhad played varsity football for three of the four years as a wide receiver/defensive back where he earned All West Valley League Honorable Mention honors as a wide receiver in 2001.
Jhad really excelled in high school while running track. In the year 2000 as a sophomore he made the Los Angeles All-City team in the 110 meters high hurdles and 300 meters intermediate hurdles. In 2002 he again made the Los Angleles All-City team in the 110 meter high hurdles, 300 meter intermediate hurdles and was crowned L.A. City Champion. He also broke the school record in the 4 X 400 meter Relay. During his senior track & field season, he finished the season ranked in the top 30 in the state of California in both hurdles and the 4 X 400 meter relay. Before Jhad left Birmingham High School he was inducted into the school's Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in Track & Field.
After graduating from high school, Jhad attended Eastern Oregon University where he played his lone season of college football as a wide receiver before transferring to Moorpark College.
It was at Moorpark that Jhad decided to pursue track & field as his main sport. While running at Moorpark College he received honors as an All-Western State Conference member in the
400 meter intermediate hurdles, 4 X100 meter relay and the 4 X 400 meter relay. When he left Moorpark College he attended California State University, Northridge where he studied Kinesiology with the
option of Exercise Science. While at Northridge he decided to stop running track and became a full-time student to focus on getting a degree, which is currently
pending.
In 2000, Jhad began his coaching career while still attending high school. He coached the Hawks
Track Club, coaching hurdlers from ages 9 to 14. In 2005, Jhad began coaching football at North Hollywood High School as a wide receivers coach. Presently, he is the assistant track & field coach
for sprinters and hurdlers.
Since beginning coaching youth track & field, Jhad has coached a handful of athletes to the Junior Olympics in hurdles. At North Hollywood High School, he has coached athletes to City
Championships and State Championship appearances. In 2009, his girls track team broke many longstanding school records.

Alexis Weatherspoon - NASM CPT, Assistant Track & Field Coach, Valley College, Instructor
Alexis was born in Tarzana and raised in Sherman Oaks, California. From very early on as a young athlete she knew she had something special when not only was
she racing with all the boys, she was beating them…all of them. This lead Alexis to a very successful career at Grant High School where she excelled in both basketball and track & field. She was
recognized in Sports Illustrated as one of the Faces in the Crowd as one of the only females to achieve a quadruple double in a women’s basketball game. Alexis went on to also dominate in track &
field where she made state all four years while at Grant and also competed in the Junior Olympics. At the Junior Olympics Alexis won gold in the 100 meter sprint, the 4X100 and 4X400 meter relay. She
was named to the All-American team and still holds more than 10 records in both basketball and track & field. Her number was retired in basketball at Grant and she was named to the Grant High
School Hall of Fame. She was also recognized as a scholar athlete where she attained a 3.82 GPA.
After high school Alexis received a full scholarship to the University of Southern California where she decided to pursue her career in track & field. At USC, Alexis continued her dominance. She
was twice named to the All-American team and was recognized as one of the top three sprinters in the entire nation. Alexis was so good in college that she was allowed to run with Team USA while still
attending USC. At USC, she also excelled in the classroom where she received her degree in Psychology and Business.
After Alexis left USC she immediately became a member of the USA Track & Field team and was sponsored by Nike. It was at this time that she climbed her way into the top 50 in the entire world and
qualified for the Pan American Games. She then went on to compete at the Olympic trials where she felt short of qualifying by just hundredths of a second.
Alexis is currently the assistant track & field coach for the women’s team at Valley College and is training for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, England.

Casey Enman - Instructor
Casey Enman was born in Methuen, Mass and raised in Epping/Manchester, New Hampshire. He was a member of various youth league championships in basketball, Little League All-Star teams and was the member of two state championship pop warner football teams at the junior pee wee and pee wee level. Casey set rushing records for yards (1,011) and touchdowns (26) on the 1995 junior pee wee team that went on to win the state title. He then went on to captain his 8th grade State Championship football team the Manchester Bears where he started as an undersized (115 lb) middle linebacker and played the majority of the season with a broken thumb. Casey was also the captain of his 8th grade basketball team at St. Joseph's middle school that went on to win the state title and finish 2nd overall in New England.
At Manchester Central High School Casey started at cornerback and punt returner as a sophomore on the state championship team and earned All-State Honorable mention honors. He earned All-State 1st team honors at defensive back his junior year. He was also elected captain his senior year on the state championship team where he again earned All-State 1st team honors this time at wide receiver. He also started at point guard on two N.H.I.A.A. state championship basketball teams his sophomore and junior year.
After high school Casey moved to California to go to college and expand his athletic horizons by taking up surfing and snowboarding. In 2006 he played wide receiver at Long Beach City College where he earned scout team offensive player of the year honors.
Most recently Casey was cast as a Special Ability Extra (SAE) to play basketball in an upcoming feature film called "Sweetwater" about the first African American player signed to an NBA contract. Casey currently resides in Hermosa Beach, CA
